Scrapbooking Goodies August 2010 Class Descriptions

**PLEASE NOTE: ALL CLASSES MUST BE PREPAID, AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE CLASS & ALL CLASSES INCLUDE YOUR MATERIALS TO MAKE THE PROJECT (S), PLEASE BRING YOUR CLASS PACK!**

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO CLASS: Scissors, adhesive (tape runner), ruler, pen, pencil, bone folder, an exacto knife, paper trimmer, black Versa Fine ink pad, and 3-D foam tape. These items will be a must for most classes, listed above. If you do not have these items, we will help you locate them in the store.

Open Crop

This crop is for those of you who are looking for a place to work on those pages or cards. The class room will be open from 10 am to 7 pm. So grab those photos, and come on in! During the open crop you will have full access to our tools, stamps, cricut machine and cartridges. PLEASE bring your own mat and blade for the cricut machine. Cost is $5.00 per person, and space is limited, first come first serve. Open crop is available everyday except when there is a crop scheduled.

Card Night

Each Monday Night, we will create 4 different cards using different techniques, tricks and tips. You will learn how to use different mediums on your cards. Each weeks card will vary in style as well as theme. If you enjoy making cards, stamping, meeting others, and just having fun while you learn, to come on in! We would love to have you! Cost is $12.00 per person. Space is limited; please reserve your spot early!

Quickie Layout

In this class you will create a two page layout using different techniques. Please bring your class pack with you to class and photos if you would like. Cost is $12 per person. Space is limited, so register your spot early!

All Day Crop!

Starts at 10am and will go until Midnight. That’s 14 hours of cropping time! In the crop you will receive a table to work to on your projects, whether it is a scrapbook or cards, as well as access to our tools, templates, stamps and cricut machines. Please bring your own cricut cutting mat. Each cropper will receive a special discount off their purchases! Everyone is on their own for meals! Cost is $10 per person. Space is limited, so register your spot early!

Cricut Swarm

In this meeting bring your cricut and cartridges, and meet others that love to cricut as much as you do! You will be able to use other peoples cartridges, as well as make n takes, examples, and tons of cricut fun! You will also receive a couple of pieces of cardstock to use during the swarm. Please bring an extension cord with you. Cost is $7.00 per person. Space is limited, please register early.

Stamp of the Month with Nancy/Teresa

In this class you will create 4 gorgeous cards created by Nancy with the featured stamp of the month. You will receive the full stamp set with the class fee as well as the materials needed to create the 4 cards. Please bring an acrylic block with you to class. Cost is $20 per person, and space is limited. Please register early.

Ribbons, Eyelets, and Brads with Donna

In this class you will learn how to use ribbons, eyelets and brads. You will create 4 cards using eyelets, brads and ribbons while learning techniques and how to use each item. Whether you are a beginner or if you are an expert scrapbooker or card maker, this is a great class to learn new tips, tricks and techniques! Cost is $20 per person. Space is limited, register early.

Cricut 101

In this class you will learn how to use your machine, what the functions do, and different tips and tricks. Join us we explore what all this machine can do! All cricut users are welcome! Please let us know when you sign up if you have the original, expression or create cricut machine. This is a great class as well as a pre-requisite for other Cricut classes. Cost is $20 per person. Space is limited; please register your spot early!

Cricut 102

In this class you will learn how your machine works, different functions, commands, and many other things that your new cricut can do. We will also teach you how to maintain your cutting mats, as well as blade settings. You will also explore your layering options on your cartridges and will make some really great items in class as well. This is a great class for all cricut users! Cost is $20.00 per person. Space is limited; please register your spot early!

Sprinkle N Sparkle Card Class with Jill Jacobsen

In this class you will learn how to make cards using different stamping techniques. You will receive a full stamp set and create 4 gorgeous cards with Jill. If you have not had a chance to take a class with Jill, don't miss out! This is a great class! Cost is $30.00 per person. Each student will receive a stamp set in class and will also create 4 cards. Space is limited; please register your spot early!

Foiling Cards with Janey

In this class you will learn how to use foiling gold flakes with your stamps! These are absolutely gorgeous cards! You will be amazed with how these are made and how they look when they are finished! This is a great class for all levels! Cost is $20.00 per person. Space is limited; please register your spot early!

PLEASE NOTE: If there is a class offered that you would like to attend, but the scheduled time frame does not work for you, please talk to Teresa or Pam, and they can help you set up a private class to take the class at a time that is more convenient for you.

Beginner’s Classes for Scrapbooking, card making, and stamping are available. Please inquire if you would like to attend a beginner’s class. Beginner’s classes are scheduled at your convenience. Beginner’s classes range from $20 ~ $25 per person, and are usually 2 ~ 3 hours long, and one on one with a teacher.

We can hold birthday parties, private crops, kids classes, as well as kids crop events. Think of us for your next special event. We can even decorate the room for your special event! For more details, please see Teresa.
